How do I start a trial?

To begin a 60-day trial, register your trial account. Once complete, you will arrive at the Dashboard home screen. Select your profile name in the top right corner and then select “Settings”. From there, membership and subscription details can be updated.

What happens once I request a trial?

Once you have signed up for the free trial and enter your credit card, you will receive two Celéri patient tablets via an agreed upon method of shipping. Upon receiving the tablets, connect the patient tablet to your Wi-Fi and sign-in using the credentials created at registration. You can then add (or upload) patient information and begin administering the assessments. Patient reports can be printed, downloaded, or copied into your clipboard.

Once the free-trial has ended, your account will be converted to a paid subscription and your credit card on file will be charged $329 per billable provider account. If you are interested in integrating Celéri with your EMR, please send an email to team@celerihealth.com to begin the process. The monthly subscription price for integrated accounts is $399 per billable provider.

You can cancel your subscription or trial at any time. Once cancelled, you must buy the tablets ($150 each) or return them to Celéri Health. Subscribers who remain on the platform for 6-months or longer will have their tablet fees waived.

How do I learn about pricing?

The Celéri Platform is a monthly subscription. Pricing is per member per month. Two initial Patient Tablets are provided and are included in the cost. Additional tablets (including replacements) are priced at $150 each, plus tax, shipping is included. For more details, please contact Celéri Health at team@celerihealth.com.

How do I purchase a subscription?

Once you have registered and created an account on the Celéri Platform, your 60-day trial will begin. At the end of the trial period, your paid subscription will be activated and your credit card charged on a recurring monthly basis.

How do I purchase additional tablets?

Additional tablets may be purchased fully configured for $150+ tax, shipping is included. Please visit our Tablets page or contact Customer Support at team@celerihealth.com to order.

What forms of payment are accepted?

All major credit cards are accepted.  To purchase a subscription or discuss enterprise pricing for large practices, e-mail us at team@celerihealth.com

How do I upload my practice logo?

When logged into your account, select your profile name in the top right corner and choose ‘Settings’. Use the left-hand navigation and select ‘Practices’. Select the gear icon next to your name. Follow prompts to upload your practice logo. For re-sizing, email team@celerihealth.com

How do I upload my patient records?

If you are interested in importing your patient data, please reach out to team@celerihealth.com for configuration.

How are the patient assessments administered?

Once registered, login to the Celéri Tablet, choose a patient from the list and the desired assessment, hand the tablet to the patient and click the start button. The patient then completes the assessment which will end on a locked screen.

What happens when my trial ends?

Don’t worry – your data is safe! When the trial ends a subscription is needed to continue using the Celéri platform. Once the trial ends, your paid subscription will start and your credit card will be charged. If you do not wish to continue with the paid subscription, you can cancel your subscription before the trial end date via the Dashboard. To do so, click on your name in the upper right-hand corner and select ‘Settings’.  Click on ‘Practices’ and then on the gear to edit practice settings. This must be done by the primary account holder.

How is the Celéri platform HIPAA compliant?

All data is encrypted and stored on a HIPAA-compliant cloud server.  See the BAA.
