Celéri Health has partnered with the University of Wisconsin–Madison to integrate the Neighborhood Atlas® Area Deprivation Index (ADI) into its pain management services. The ADI is a validated measure that incorporates various social determinants of health to assess neighborhood disadvantage. By incorporating this data, Celéri aims to provide tailored interventions and improve healthcare delivery for patients living in disadvantaged neighborhoods. The ADI will be available within Celéri’s PainIntel™ platform, allowing clients to correlate patient-reported outcome measures and consider population health factors in pain management.
Our upcoming Marketplace is a curated selection of partners who offer pain-centric products and services that align with our vision. These are organizations that we respect, have thoroughly vetted, or simply admire. They share our journey towards a future of improved pain management, and we are excited to travel this road together. Stay tuned for its launch!
