  • 4 Model indications (SMS, RF, TDD, 1 Custom) for use by accounts to engage with their patients.  Model indication based on CMS National Coverage Policy.  Custom Models available.
  • $10,000 ea per account for EHR integration.

  • Finder results show consented patients who meet indications for your intervention (device or pharmaceutical or biologic) by pain practice. 
  • Your Finder list is sorted by last known pain practice name and consented patient id with indication match.  
  • We proactively consent the patient to be contacted by your field or marketing – or for sharing with your accounts.  Consent e-signatures and documentation available.
  • $250,000/year for 4 runs per year.  
  • 1 Model indication.  Model indication based on CMS National Coverage Policy. Additional Model indication builds are $10,000 ea.
