Randomized controlled trials answer narrow questions under controlled conditions. Real-world evidence answers the questions that actually drive clinical decisions, payer coverage, and market adoption — at scale, in actual care settings.

Sean leads Celéri's strategy and commercial direction, bringing operating and investment expertise to the company's growth as an evidence infrastructure platform. Under his leadership, Celéri has expanded from a point-of-care analytics tool into a full-stack evidence-as-a-service company serving medtech, pharma, and payers across pain and neuromodulation.

With over 25 years in healthcare management, managed care, and clinical strategy, she brings a patient-first perspective to every commercial decision.

David has more than a decade of experience leading technology companies through scale — including roles as CTO at PulsePoint and BlueCava (acquired by WebMD and Qualia respectively), and Chief Architect at mOcean (acquired by Pubmatic). He began his career at Sun Microsystems and holds a CS Engineering degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Chris leads client services and product delivery across Celéri's EaaS engagements and PainIntel platform. He holds a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. Prior to Celéri, Chris held roles in capital markets at JP Morgan and in market entry strategy for digital health startups.
