Celéri Health Launches Patient Finder™ for Pain and Spine Practices

Patients screen themselves for advanced-therapy candidacy and choose which practice sees the result; the practice inbox is offered at no cost and no manufacturer sees the list
PRESS RELEASE – September 1, 2026, CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. — — Celéri Health, Inc. today announced the launch of Patient Finder™, a patient-initiated candidacy screener for advanced therapies in interventional pain and spine. Patients complete a five-minute screener on the web or by text, receive a plain-language summary that is theirs to keep, and decide whether to share it — and with which pain practice. Practices receive shared summaries in a candidate inbox that Celéri provides at no cost.
Most people living with chronic pain who could be candidates for an advanced therapy are never evaluated for one. Patient Finder™ moves the first step to the patient: instead of waiting to be identified, a patient answers 24 plain questions — pain location and pattern, a validated self-report neuropathic screen, treatment history, and the PROMIS pain-interference short form — and gets a result expressed as a therapy class, never as a device or brand. Matching spans neuromodulation, intrathecal drug delivery, basivertebral nerve ablation, sacroiliac joint fusion, interspinous and indirect decompression, and regenerative injection.

For practices, a shared summary arrives already worked up — phenotype, screen result, treatment history and a pain-interference baseline — so the first visit starts with data rather than a blank intake form. Practices review the result, schedule outreach, record the stage as it moves, and send the summary to their EHR or download it as a CSV. The inbox is offered to any pain practice on identical terms, whatever therapies it implants. Names live in the practice’s inbox and its EHR; no device manufacturer and no field representative has access.
Device manufacturers may link to the screener from their own public education pages and may subscribe to aggregate counts by territory — how many people screened, how many shared with a practice, and the stage practices record afterward, with small numbers suppressed — never names, never scores, and never which practice a patient chose.
