Yes — and Celéri pays all integration costs. Eight EHR systems are currently supported including Epic, Cerner, Athena, DrChrono, Meditech, Veradigm, and Modernizing Medicine. Integration depth is what makes your registry clinically meaningful and publication-ready, so we treat it as a core part of the platform, not an add-on.

PainIntel includes 30+ validated instruments covering the full spectrum of pain assessment: PROMIS®-29 and PROMIS®-29+2, NRS, PGIC, Oswestry Disability Index, Neck Disability Index, ZCQ (pre/post, 3 subscales), Pain Catastrophizing Scale, Opioid Risk Tool, GAD-7, PHQ-9, PCL-5, VAS variants, and many more. We also support electronic Body Mapping and fully custom intake forms. Remote data collection via Apple Health, Google Health, and Oura Ring is also available.

Yes. Practices may file medically necessary claims under CPT 96127 for assessments gathered through PainIntel. Additional reimbursement pathways exist through MIPS participation and chronic pain management codes. See the Celéri blog for detailed guidance on CPT 96127 and applicable billing conditions.

No. Configuration happens once at kickoff — Celéri builds your Pain Pathway algorithm based on your practice's procedure types and research strategy. From there, the system runs automatically. Your staff can make patient-level adjustments to data collection as care plans evolve, but there is no ongoing administrative burden.

Patients receive automated PRO assessments via secure SMS or email — or can complete them on an in-office tablet. For practices using the Care Management module, patients can download the myPainIntel™ mobile app to initiate and receive digital care with your team and track their own outcomes over time.

Yes. PainIntel practices are already structured for participation in Celéri's Commercial Insights Registry™ and Regulatory-Grade Evidence Cohort™ programs. Your infrastructure is compatible and your data governance is in place. Participating practices receive FMV compensation for data contribution and have access to the Celéri Research Group for investigator-initiated study support.
